In these terms “we” refers to Lime Monkey and “you” refers to any visitor to the Website or any Lime Monkey customer.
Prices & currencies accepted
All prices are as stated on the Website but Lime Monkey reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.
All prices are shown on the Website in £ sterling (GBP). All payments which will include all taxes, delivery, shipping and handling fees must be made via Streamline and Protx and only cards accepted by Protx can make payments. Lime Monkey can accept payment in £ sterling (GBP). All currencies will be converted to GBP (£ Sterling) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.
Availability
All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. Lime Monkey will contact you to arrange this via email or telephone the next working day.
Refund Policy
Lime Monkey strives to maintain complete satisfaction with our service and products, and we will endeavour to resolve any queries or issues fully. If your goods are faulty or are not as expected when ordered, then please return your product to Lime Monkey in the original packaging within 14 days of the purchase and we will supply you with a full refund.
We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.
Payment Details & Security
All payments to Lime Monkey are handled securely by Protx (Internet Service Payment Providers). Protx accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro, JCB, and Solo (and any other card agreed by them from time to time). Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, Protx will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide. Lime Monkey does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securely by Protx.
