Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Where an item is out of stock, we will contact you and advise on the soonest available despatch date. We are reliant on our suppliers in this instance.
All orders are despatched via Royal Mail and will require a signature. We aim for goods to be received within 3-5 working days. Delivery free within the UK.
For orders outside of the UK, please contact us for a delivery costing.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Lime Monkey, we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please return it by recorded delivery with proof of purchase, unworn and in its original packaging.
Delivery charges are non refundable and if an exchange is necessary there will be an additional delivery charge. We are unable to pay for the return postage charges and cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.
